PRIVACY

Your work stays
yours.

Zmind keeps the information needed to run your account. Your Redmine credentials, issues, and reminders are not stored in the Zmind account service.

What we keep

We keep your name, email address, sign-in method and identifier, and account status so you can sign in and an admin can manage access. We also keep verification and session records, security records for sign-in requests, and a history of admin access changes.

What stays with you

The app stores your Redmine connection details, saved issue data, and reminders on your device. It connects to your Redmine server to show and update work you are allowed to access. We do not copy your Redmine credentials or issues into the Zmind account database.

How we use account data

We use it to verify sign-ins, manage approval and access, send sign-in codes, and protect the service from misuse. Email codes expire after ten minutes. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. We do not use account data for targeted advertising.

Who helps provide the service

Cloudflare hosts the website and account database. Resend delivers verification emails. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your verified sign-in identity. These providers may process the information needed for their part of the service, including outside your country.

Control your information

You can ask to see or correct your account details, request a copy or deletion, or ask us to restrict certain uses where applicable. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting on a request. Account records remain while your account exists; some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons after a deletion request.

Questions or requests

Write to info@infobition.com about your account or privacy. You may also contact your local data protection authority if you have concerns about how your information is handled.
